Some weeks ago now I required specialist travel insurance and was given the name of Gill Noble to receive a quote from.
Phoned through and this is the important part to my story, the first point of contact was with Jasmine for the quote and the time and brilliance was duly noted thank you Jasmine for the uncomplicated advice and support in everything you have done. I then had to ring again and spoke to, Lauren thank you for the warm welcome and friendly advice. Laura thank you also for your excellent guidance, as these friendly service moments happen very few times in our lives I required them to be noted and the praise conveyed to those concerned l.

Today I had to amend my travel details with updates, and once again Jasmine thank you for your brilliance today and to Lauren excellent to talk again briefly thank you.

Originally found them in 2015 when I needed travel Insurance whilst in remission from bowel and liver cancer. After having prices from the holiday company and a couple of independents the way JD dealt with the insurance and the price was brilliant.

We cannot express fully how grateful we are to J.D. Travel Insurance for making it possible for us to go on our 13th safari to Kenya!! Chris has now just completed the many tests 3 yrs after his bowel cancer surgery, and myself 4 yrs on from collapsed lung surgery plus being on medication for 'bone thinning'!! As we have discovered some companies 'specialising' in Insurance for travel with those having had cancer will not cover Chris for another 2 yrs!!

Then we found Laura, who was actually able to understand and use all the correct terminology for all the tests following bowel surgery - instead of just chanting a tick list - and therefore giving us confidence that our answers would lead to an honest appraisal and cover we could trust.

She continued in the same manner with the sudden switch to the totally different area of lung problems and yet a third time to the bone thinning.

We think we'd have paid whatever the cost but it has been far less than we expected. Our grateful thanks to all.
